Son and I just returned from our Ozarks trip and let me tell you, the roads around Eureka Springs are FANTASTIC!!!!!!! You will not be disappointed at all, we spent two nights in Eureka Springs and I wish we could have stayed longer. Eureka Springs caters to bikers and they make it easy, tons of motels to choose from but I would imagine it could get very busy over a holiday weekend but when we were there (Memorial Day weekend) there were plenty of choices.

We found (recommended to us) a really nice motel for $44.00 a night, I couldn't believe it and within walking distance to breakfast cafes and a nice BBQ restaurant/bar. Edelweiss Inn.com

Ryan and I had to do our summer trip early this year so that's why we went south. For those of you who have a little more time I have some other roads for you to consider that should not be missed.

Thanks Bandman. Give us all the good details. The maps GenXer and I posted are preliminary. What should we look at for roads and maybe we'll check out that motel too. GenX, what do you think?

OK I put in for the time off from work and I just booked my rooms in Sedalia and Eureka Springs. I have not gotten to ride much this year so am looking forward to MMR, Sayner pub run, Ozarks and Anamosa. Can't wait to see you all on these rides.

Hmmmmm - Eric's going to be elk hunting in Colorado so I just need to find a sitter for the weekend. Any volunteers? :MG_65:

If I can go I will meet up with the group in Sedalia. It would be a blast to ride some Arkansas twisties. After the MMR this year I've been really disgusted with our boring local roads and need to go find a few exit ramps for curves.

Caps - any way to turn your cool graphic into a t-shirt????? please???

If you lived closer, I'd volunteer my Mom. She watches my dog - not sure how she is with kids - look at me :girl_wacko: LOL !
I've never been to the Ozark's, but hear it is spectacular and great riding :mcrider: Can't wait !!
